Conditions of 3 Year Warranty
only on purchases after 01/09/05

  • Boiler must be correctly installed
  • Boiler must be commissioned by a Corgi registered engineer
  • Boiler must be registered with Ravenheat upon purchase
    (so 3 year can be claimed, band A models only)
  • Boiler must be correctly maintained and serviced by a qualified competent person

We are committed to give free technical advice to all qualified corgi registered engineers through our helpline. The technical support we give verbally is an advisory service only and we can only offer assistance based upon information received from qualified competent corgi registered engineers. We cannot accept any liability for faults or misdiagnosis without attending the boiler.

By using our technical helpline you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

All boilers need regular servicing and maintenance annually by a corgi registered engineer. Without this any extended warranty that we offer becomes void. We do appreciate boilers miss service intervals for differing reasons thus we are happy to inspect any boilers out of warranty for a fee of £70 plus VAT, additional labour costs and parts will be chargeable. We require credit or debit card details along with all relevant information prior to one of our service engineers visiting.
