Ravenheat is proud of its track record in producing extremely reliable gas boilers. Built to exacting ISO 9001 standards using quality components, all boilers carry the European CE mark. Each Ravenheat appliance undergoes a rigorous testing and operating procedure before being carefully packed for maximum protection, ready to leave our factory.

The highest quality standard covers design, manufacture, distribution and service. All raw materials and component parts must be of the highest quality. Every Ravenheat boiler is 100% function tested and run for 15 minutes before the final panels are fitted.

To ensure reliability, Ravenheat have developed a tracking system monitoring boiler reliability. Every detail is carefully logged onto our computer. From the serial number every detail is collected, from information about its manufacture to who bought it and who installed it through to service data.

Top Industry Awards

In 1999 Ravenheat, were winners of the prestigious International award of Excellence from the Institute of Domestic Heating and Environmental Engineers for the CSI 85A. This award for innovation was for an energy saving design that substantially reduces fuel costs and thereby global warming. Then in April 2000 in London, Ravenheat's CSI System condensing boiler won the highly coveted H&V News Award for Domestic Heating and Ventilating product of the Year. In the words of the Judges "It takes condensing technology one step further".

Efficiencies

All of Ravenheat's boiler efficiencies are quoted in input and output so that they can be easily compared against the competition. However they have now added a SEDBUK efficiency percentage on all their appliances. SEDBUK stands for Seasonal Efficiency of Domestic Boilers in the UK, and it is the government initiative for measuring equally all boiler manufacturers efficiency.

Choosing Ravenheat means saving more than just money. When a customer chooses a Ravenheat Condensing boiler they are not only choosing a boiler that can save them up to 35% on their heating and hot water bills. They are choosing a boiler with the technology that minimises the emissions of CO2 , NOx and SOx gases, making them among the most environmentally friendly and cleanest boilers available.

All boilers have to conform to European standards. Ravenheat boilers exceed these standards through continued monitoring of product design resulting in a well engineered reliable product. Ravenheat also supports the Industry's 'benchmark' code of practice which seeks to improve the standard of installation and commissioning of appliances within central heating systems.

Ravenheat's Commitment to Training

Ravenheat acknowledge that well trained installers are essential, indeed key to a well designed heating system. Therefore we support the Industry by running training courses on a regular basis for all registered installation companies and their staff. These courses are very flexible but precise in content and are tailored to the installers and specifiers exact requirements.

Technical Support

Ravenheat has a technical helpline. Installers telephoning this line know that they will receive immediate, accurate advice and they can also be assured that one of Ravenheat's own highly trained technicians is on hand should an on site visit be required.

Local Authorities, Housing Associations

Ravenheat have worked for many years with Local Authorities and Housing Associations from small sheltered housing schemes right through to contracts requiring ten's of thousands of boilers. Today these authorities recognise the benefits of providing their occupants with highly efficient, reliable boilers which have a significant impact in reducing the householders fuel bills.

Three years ago Ravenheat designed and piloted a portable boiler system. This system has now been adopted as an industry standard by government in their efforts to alleviate fuel poverty in the UK. Ravenheat are now at the forefront of this programme and are still successfully supplying boilers.
