the unlikely event of an application failure, Ravenheat has a technical
helpline at its central headquarters in Leeds. Service engineers
or their customers telephoning this line have the satisfaction of
knowing they will receive advice and the knowledge that one of Ravenheat's
own technicians is on hand should an on site visit be required.

Ravenheat is proud of its track record in producing extremely reliable
boilers and its service response and commitment is immediate. Ravenheat
only uses its own highly qualified technicians thereby ensuring
the highest quality, and most reliable customer care. Ravenheat
also run their own unique comprehensive installer training programme
working alongside the regulative bodies and trade associations.

accolade in design manufacturing excellence, being one of the few
manufacturers to hold ISO9001:2001 system, for quality of design,
something very few boiler manufacturers can achieve. This quality
system ensures you the customer, of Ravenheat's commitment to excellence
right across the product range. Each boiler is fully factory tested
for fifteen minutes, to ensure it arrives on site 100% function
tested.
